Sooo... I'm going to be trying to get into RISD's certificate program for Comics and Sequential Art. The classes look amazing, and exactly what I need. UMass Dartmouth's Illustration program was good and all, but there wasn't much focus on comics, leaving me a bit clueless as to how to pursue the career I want. Not to mention taking classes again will kick my ass into improving my drawing skills again.

I'm going to hopefully be submitting more art in the coming weeks to get myself drawing again and to have some recent stuff to show. I'm starting with what motivates me - illustrations based on my own stories, stuff from rp's I've been in, anything with something more to it than just the image I'm cranking out.

I may be taking commissions again... though really I'd like to get some of my own work done first so I'm more confident in taking other people's money. I don't like feeling like people aren't getting their money's worth with my crap.

We'll see how it goes.
